Davenia Wine Industry of Cerignola is particularly committed in the production of red wines from the typical grapes of this area such as Montepulciano, San Giovese, Nero di Troia and Malbech, that go to make Rosso di Cerignola D.O.C.

The purpose of this industry is the production of soft red, bright colored and fullbodied wines. Vinification is fairly "soft" and prioritized the purity of the fermentation process.
